
Richard Orjis has installed a new public artwork on the grounds of Te Tuhi Centre for the Arts in Pakuranga. The work, titled
Grass Circle consists (as the name suggests) of a pre-determined area of grass measuring 5 metres in diameter. Over the course of the year, this circle of grass is left to grow creating an untamed wilderness patch. On the final day of the project, the grass is burnt and cleared. Watch this space...
